To ensure you're training with proper execution, form, and intensity, we make training analysis a priority. Additionally, we ask for visuals of the food you're eating so we can provide accurate recommendations to help you meet your fibre and micronutrient goals

Optimise

You’ll receive weekly video feedback, during which I’ll take your input on board, answer any questions you have, and outline goals and objectives for the following week. We’ll also dive deeper into ways to improve key areas such as sleep, digestion, productivity, and recovery
